Our customer's satisfaction is our primary concern. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the product packaging. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us immediately to arrange return for refund, credit, or exchange on the full value of the product (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable) however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.

If for some reason you wish to return products to us, please read the following information before doing so:

Items cannot be shipped back to Russian Universe without contacting us first to discuss method of shipment and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please fill out our Return Qualification Form to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Click here to fill out our Return Qualification Form.

All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.
IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.

Returned products must be received by Russian Universe no later than 30 days after the original shipping date for Canadian orders, or no later than 45 days after the original shipping date for U.S. and foreign orders. The original shipping date is the day the order was shipped from Russian Universe (consult the parcel's postmark or packing slip for this).

Any parcel shipped to us containing goods for return must without exception be clearly marked "return of unsatisfactory goods" on the parcel's address side.
If the parcel is being shipped to us from outside Canada, its Customs Declaration label must also be marked "return of unsatisfactory goods".

Make sure that you use a trackable shipping service. Insure the package with the shipper and save the tracking number. We will not be responsible for products shipped that are lost in the mail.

|
|
When the above conditions have been met, the full value of the products being returned to Russian Universe will be reimbursed to the client in the form of refund, credit, or exchange.
|
|
|
|
On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
