Russian Universe Inc. also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Russian Universe Inc.'s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or Russian Universe Inc., you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.

Misprints and Errors on our Site

We endeavor to provide current and accurate information on our Site. Nevertheless, errors and misprints may occur. Accordingly, we reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for goods or services for which the price was incorrectly displayed or where we otherwise displayed erroneous or inaccurate information. RussianUniverse.com reserves this right at any stage of the online ordering processing, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is cancelled and your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. To provide you with a credit, where applicable, is our only obligation to you. RussianUniverse.com is not obligated to sell products or services based on errors or misprints on our website.

Volume Purchasing

Russian Universe Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities licensed or sold from this Site.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from RussianUniverse.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Your Account

If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Russian Universe Inc. does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults who are permitted to purchase products with a credit card.
